This animation was produced based on ethnographic research conducted on Seventh Street in Bogotá. Through urban exploration, interviews, and social mapping activities with street vendors, we aimed to create a representation of the systems, spaces, movement, and consumption that differs from the way it is typically portrayed by the state or other "formal" economic interests. The animation seeks to showcase the economic reality of the people who spend their time working on the streets as vendors. It shows a different side of Seventh Street, where diverse individuals, experiences, and stories converge, bringing it to life. It can be challenging to identify oneself in the midst of such a crowd, especially for a street vendor who wants to be seen.
